My rear seat bottom (60%) side sometimes sticks and sounds like it’s hanging up in the hing area? it’s never happened before and seams like it’s something new. Is there a locking mechanism that’s for the seat that I’m missing? They both have folded up easily in the past. Thoughts ?

There is no lock for lifting up the rear seat. Only the release strap for dropping down the seat back. Maybe something slipped between the seats and is in the mechanism. It could have also got jammed in there from below the seat. Take a good look and I be you will find something.

Do you have anything stored behind the seat? I keep a tarp behind mine and it sometimes causes the seat bottom to hand when I'm lifting it.

mine sometimes locks when I am trying to lift when I'm parked on an incline, not sure how to resolve it but this does happen to me occasionally, it will usually correct itself when not on an incline. hope this helps a bit, at least so that you know your not alone, ;)
