Rear seats headrest

Is there a way to remove the headrests on the rear seats? The headrests tend to make my kids carseats lean more foreward/upright than in my other vehicles. I would like to take them out to accommodate the car seats.

AFAIK, only the center head rest is removable. The outboard ones L/R are just foldable and removing would require disassembly of the seat itself.

There is a write up somewhere on here on how to remove them and also leave them in a condition to easily be removed after.

But you do have to semi-disassemble the seats to do it.
