Rear shock rebound

Has anyone found a shock that controls the rear rebound so that the rear does not po go or float on freeway speed rollers. I have the Mopar 2 inch lift with the 2.5 Fox shocks. Looking for more control in the rear without making it stiff for around town streets.

It's not a control arm or pinion angle issue. It's' a rear shock problem. Want more control in the rear without making it stiff, Wondering if the Fox 2.5s with remote res and DSC adj will fix it.
