1. So if you have an adjustable track bar is a relocation bracket necessary?

2. What is roll center?

I hear said often, but why?

Why don't suspension manufacturers include this in their kits if it was a necessity?

It's not necessary if you have a small lift. Once you start going big the angle will increase and you'll start feeling it over bumps.

So I looked at EVO and their 4.5" kit, Clayton 3.5, metalcloak and they don't include one for the front or rear.

I notice the bump steer after lifting my truck and the added roll. It just would have been nice to have them included in the kit.

Not sure an adjustable helps as much for geometry as it does re-centering axle after lifting. The angle of the adjustable track bar will be the same as stock unless you relocate mounting point.

Bump steer is from the track bar and the drag link traveling in different arcs. This is due to them not being parallel. So that's the reason for relocating the front track bar mount at the front axle, to make it parallel to the drag link again after a lift. It's not an issue in the rear.

I put on a Rock Krawler adjustable rear bracket last weekend... I am on a 3.5 inch lift. I didn't realize how much roll I had until after putting it on. In the strong winds and rutted highways here... it really is a noticeable difference at highway speeds. I notice it less in town.

I have front and rear track bar relocation brackets coming.

I got the goofy wobble and wondering resolved. That was a caster issue. Changed it to +6.5. Per Rusty's off-road aluminum steering instructions suggested +7, I got it close enough. Drives like a dream around town now.
