Recall on the backup camera

Mine updated yesterday and when I connect my iPhone with a cable and use CarPlay to make a call I cannot hear the calls over the speakers. Anyone else having this problem??

Yes, I lost all phone voice/ commands on android. I removed phone from radio, removed and reinstalled waze and cleared out android auto as best I could. You cannot delete it on android.
Nothing helped. Thing is I never had any issue with the backup camera. Now I'm screwed. Taking into the dealer

Thanks. After a soft reboot and on the phone with Jeep I figure that out.

How did you do a soft reset? Can’t figure it out; none of the old ways work.

Apparently, the uconnect software update that I did, took care of my recall. Its not showing as an open recall anymore. I can't tell any difference with the back up camera other than the icon on the screen though...

Did the recall flash add select tire fill alert for those that did not previously have it

you got that automatically or i need to request it at time of flash?

mine fixed the trailer hitch zoom on the backup camera. Zoom never worked in the manual transmissions. After update, mine works now.

What I noticed right away was, the rear camera now points straight relative to your vehicle angle.

Prior to the update, the backup camera angle was offset even when vehicle was parked perfectly straight. This made using the reverse camera, when backing into a space, a challenge to park straight. You would always find yourself parked at an angle if you relied solely on the reverse camera.

Post camera recall update, the backup camera angle seems to point perfectly straight.

My backup camera is now glitchy after software download . Sometimes it doesn’t work and never had an issue before . Anyone else experiencing this ?

The only issue I have with mine is I can't see anything on the dinky 5" screen the 7" on my 18 JL is the only thing I miss but everything else was exactly what I wanted.
