Recommend: Jeep Service Dealership - East Phoenix?

Hey Gang -

Coming up on the end of my 3yr/36k warranty. I have 1 oil change / tire rotate left. Thought I’d go in and have the service look everything over too. Located in east side of valley (phx). Does anyone have a recommendation as the go to? Thanks

I’m in Tempe and all 3 of the Jeeps I have bought were from Tempe JDCR. They have a great sales team but their Service Department are a bunch of knuckleheads IMHO. The parts guys are great and whenever I need dealer parts, that’s where I go.

But as far as service goes, Chapman CDJR in south Scottsdale has done 90% of the service on my Jeep (every now and then I’ll go back to Tempe to see if they’ve improved…the other 10%) and I have absolutely no complaints with them.

This is no magic secret but just always schedule the first “appointment” of the day and make sure they know you will be waiting for it. You get a different priority than if you drop it off.

I never had a problem at Rodeo CDJR in Queen Creek, but I don't know if it changed when it rebranded to Earnhardt
