Update for anyone following the thread: The Jeep has been at the dealer since Feb 18th. Dealer opened a Star case with Jeep and the one repair that was made in this timeframe (at least that I was told about) is the sway bar disconnect module. This repair had no affect on the electrical issues. I have spoken with Jeep Wave on multiple occasions and they are tracking my situation but not providing anything new. At this point the module has been swapped out two weeks ago and I am told the dealer techs are waiting for further guidance from the Jeep engineers on the next item to replace.

I submitted a complain with the NHTSA as well and now in contact with an attorney to pursue a lemon law claim. Will update the thread with anything new.
Any updates? Im having similar issues. 2500 miles Eco Diesel purchased in February brand new, but been in the shop almost 30 days total now.

Hate to hear of your issues, it’s a real pain and inconvenience for sure. Latest update is that the dealer repaired the wiring harness on the passenger side as the wiring was apparently not fully seated and that caused all the random electrical malfunctioning. After that repair I got a lawyer to pursue a lemon law claim. Stellantis replied that they didn’t believe this qualified as a lemon and offered a small cash settlement for my inconvenience. I could take them to court but that would take much longer than I want to deal with. After my repairs were made the last go round I have not experienced any other issues so hard to say if it’s actually resolved, I have not put a ton of miles and no wheeling since then, just babied it. Sucks cause I really like the Jeep but don’t have a lot of confidence in it. Maybe after more miles and time who knows. Keep us posted on your issues getting this info out there will help others I am sure.

If it was repaired, it would not qualify. The issues must remain unrepaired.

In TX, if they provide you with a loaner, you can't count the days in the shop as days down toward the lemon law.

Comparable loaner - so if I took my JT in and they gave me a Renegade, it's not comparable. It's easier for them to loan a vehicle that compares to things that aren't pickups or that have low towing or payload, but no way is a Compass, Cherokee, Renegade, etc. a small truck capable of 1,000 payload and 6,000 towing capacity.
I bought a truck, I use it as a truck. I haul stuff and tow stuff. So, if mine was not usable through the month of July, for example, and they loaned me a car or Cherokee or whatever - it's not comparable. Most other light trucks or midsize trucks would be. But a car - no, because I have lost the ability to tow and haul, the purpose for which I bought my vehicle.

Third and current incident:
Later the same day that I picked up the Jeep from the last service I drove about 5 miles and was going about 45mph when I lost power steering and all electrical hell broke loose. Luckily I was in the left lane next to a middle turn lane and was able to steer it into the turn lane where I could safely shut it down. At this point the engine died, every concievable dash warning light and message flashed intermittently and the jeep was stuck in the run position, but would not turn on. The wipers were going crazy despite being turned off. I attempted to turn on my hazards and only the drivers side would turn on. I tried many attempts to shut the jeep off, let it sit then restart so that I could at least get out of a very busy road to no avail. I called roadside assistance and waited but due to long wait times, I had to call 911 and get police assistance.
I experienced this exact same thing on Mother’s Day. I was fortunate to get off the highway before it completely died. Towed to dealer, and they replaced the Fuse Array. I asked what caused that fuse to blow, and they simply said they don’t know. This too was my third electrical gremlin issue, the first being the ESS that many are experiencing, the second a mysterious battery drain that the dealer couldn’t fix but oddly resolved itself, now this. Like you, unfortunately I’m losing confidence with my rig.

They gave me a minivan. I told to them I needed a truck for work and they put me on the list for the next available pickup. I picked up a truck a day later and have had it for 3 weeks now.
