Thanks for responding to requests for help.
I sent a PM to JeepCares after the dealer didn't help.
Dealer: We had booked a service appointment. Last monday. Told service that our Jeep wanders, has a dead spot on centre; steering is vague, and it darts left if there are bumps...We had given them a copy of TSB # 08-074-20 at the start of the appointment.
They took the Jeep in all day. they took a test drive, (6 minutes on city streets at low speed) They said they drove another Jeep in stock and declared they are the same, and would't fix ours.
We have dash cam video. Shows our Jeep being test driven. Shows it in the shop, lights on; engine running for a long time.
Our Jeep is unsafe. With Canadian Customer Care and a new Case Number we've booked another service appointment at a dealer they recommend. We'll get results with C.C.C. help.
