@JEEPCARES - I need your help... bubbling paint issue

My Jeep goes in on Monday 4/27 for the warranty bubbling paint issue. I have a case number #96222490, which since has been changed to #96404325.
The number I am calling is 1-800-992-1997 and I can't get answers to any of my questions regarding a rental while my jeep is getting repaired. Can someone please call me so we can get this addressed. I have called this number 6 times and no one can give me an answer or I never get a call back when I leave a voice mail. The customer service has been terrible.

same issue and sent a DM to Jeep Cares this AM. Not sure if it will help. Seems Jeep is doing what they can to deny claims

Yep, having issues myself. My local dealer says bubbling paint is not corrosion.

Spoke with Rahel from Troncalli Jeep and she submitted claims on 2/26 and 3/5 photos show issues in the seam of the hood and claims denied twice. Seems Jeep does not want to deal with quality issues. Number for Troncalli 770 889 8853
