First time for everything, and glad this was all that happened. I suppose it could have been so much worse. I Was a week out for my trip to Ouray as I was prepping when I noticed the text all warped, then saw the holes. Oops. scarred the clear lens as well, but not too bad. Must have hit a button while messing with interior mounts. So, be aware! I'm checking for that orange LED light everytime I get out now.
Ended up contacting KC for replacements (both covers and lenses) as I don't want to drive and risk a rock popping a knuckle mount light. All repaired and good to go.
On a side note, I kind like the wraped look of the text, ...but without the hole.
