Repairs sound hollow

I recently had my JT Mojave repaired from a side impact back in March. The damage was low on the body, just above the sliders. It ran from the rear of the front passenger door all the way to the rear of the rear passenger door. Now the right rear of the cab past the back door sounds hollow. I thought I was crazy, but when you tap the driver side it’s sounds “normal”. When you tap on the right rear it has a very hollow sound, like when you tap an empty paint can.
I cannot say that I ever noticed this before, but when my kid closed the door today I was like “what the heck was that”.

Any thoughts?

Take it back to the repair shop and ask them to check it out.

Body filler?

There might have been sound deadener on the back side of the panel that was removed during the repair process. The body shop should be able to replace it.
