Clayton 3.5 Overland Plus. Tripe Rate springs in the rear are great! HIghly recommended. I've been in constant communication with the Clayton team and they have been more than helpful and their service is awesome! I'm running Nitto Ridge Grapplers 37x12.5 17...

I’m not sure if shipping times are still crazy long, but if anyone in SoCal needs a white-on-black canopy ASAP (like for a trip), here’s an option:

I'll add to that if you give RLD a call they might have a few Gen #2 left in stock. That's what I did to ask a few questions and was informed of it. If there had not been a shipping company glitch I'd got mine in less than 2 weeks with a substantial saving. :like: now just trying to get the weather to cooperate and get the doors painted to match or something.

Do you mean Gen 1? Or are we on Gen 3 now? lol. Haven’t really followed since I got mine installed last year. Perhaps Gen 3 is without the 4th brake light?

I just got mine installed last week. Gen 3 and no 4th brake light. Flush rear window and hidden hinges on the side doors.

Ah interesting. I missed that. I don't mind the side hinges too much. Flush windows are also a nice upgrade for the side windows, but not as a big a deal for the rear IMO.

That was a 47 page onslaught of reads, and not a single Roofnest Falcon - doesn't change anything for me tho, just as excited to get mine as the day I ordered it, back in late November. Supposed to be here soon.

Funny it took 45 pages to get to someone that mounted it directly to the cap. This was the way I was going to mount mine, but after seeing it so close to the truck cab I'm not so sure now. I used to have mine on a Yakima Overhaul HD and I made the mistake of mounting it too low...it hit my cab, but not terrible - but I also don't want it any higher than necessary. Looks like maybe the bars are the best option, able to install my Batwing as well.

Looking forward to getting this thing soon, and spending a summer about!!

After - blk/blk, coming soon :clap:
@cobound

Looking forward to seeing more mods now - box options, traction board mounts, Rotopax mounts, etc. I have a Decked drawer system, not sure I'll keep it...while it's handy, it's been an absolute space killer. Hopefully the cap gives me back my upper space to actually put things back there, but we'll see. I have some Plano boxes I use in my Wrangler, may use them in the JT, too.

It seems like the RSI has a bit better lines but anyone have any other comparisons/preferences One over the Other??
