On my 21 gladiator rubicon I installed roofnest rtt roof high and now I feel a top heavy sway and roll is there a cure to stop it with rear suspension mods

Look into anti-rock with a thick bar and heavier valved shocks. Just my 2 suggestions

The valving on oem Rubi shocks is on the light side. They need be a lot stiffer.

@Rusty PW gave a good answer. You can add stiffer aftermarket shocks or airbags to stiffen it up a little. You can also check all of your suspension and steering bolts and nuts for proper torque. Specifically the pitman arm nut and steering box bolts. But stiffer shocks will help out a lot.

I've done the same and now looking at spring assist and shocks or springs and shocks.
