I am pretty sure I saw this idea floating around here but I couldn't remember the topic title or find it thru search. I just took my top off for the first time (2 weeks now I've had the JT). I rigged this up in the garage. Maybe $20 in purchases just because I needed new ones.

I used ratchet straps, 550 cord, and some D ring attachments. All in all pretty good setup for $20.
