RSI Evo Smartcap - Missing box....

So, after waiting months and one of the first to receive a RSI EVO Smartcap....only received 1 of the 2 boxes. Trucking company has zero idea where it is. Talk about a massive disappointment and being told if not found it will be February till I have the other box...

Somebody screwed up somewhere along the way. Mine showed up Thursday afternoon.

I cut the straps to see if any of it was exposed. The driver was curious about the color, but didn't have time to wait for me to get it opened up.

Yes if you see I have the same black wrap but just a small piece on the top. I’m really hoping it’s getting found. So excited you got yours!

Looks like a shipping company along the way seperated the packages and taped it to the first box, have you checked to see if they damaged it on the lower right corner of the box you did get? I would assume your best chance is trucking company finding the second box. Yes the wait is long I ordered mid mid July....Jack

The two boxes are wrapped together on the pallet and the shipping label is placed on the plastic wrap. The shipper should also be placing labels on each box, but don't appear to be doing so. That's how mine arrived.

The pallet in the OP's pic is shorter than the pallet in the pic below with both boxes wrapped together. Maybe the shipping company switched to a shorter pallet to save room in the truck?
