RTT mount question - Rebel xplor rack

Hi, I am thinking of adding these mounts on my Rebel off-road xplor rack. I have a question on the design of how the bolts are going from down under into the mount. I am worried this design can fail because there can be too much stress on the threads and they can either shear or backout. Any thoughts or am I overthinking it?

You are overthinking it! Rebel has been dealing with this for years and is top end. Whether you go with Rebel or some other rack, you will be dealing with the same issue. Moving the rails to attach a RTT.
