You more than likely are going to need some hardware. Probably need rivnuts in the frame horn for the skid brackets to attach to.Yeah, it comes with the steel skid plate.

The differences come in on the skid plate that goes with each different bumper.

I mounted a JK 10A steel to my Overland. I bought a Quadratec winch and mount... all that went on great. The issue is a JK steel skid for a JK steel bumper will not fit on the JL/JT because the mount points are different.
