Rubicon Rear Bumper Slider Replacement

I have a JT Rubicon and would really like to see someone make an aftermarket piece that replaces the 2 bolted on sliders that are behind the rear wheels. I was thinking of something that is still considered a slider, but I would like to see it have some or all of the following features:

1. Step
2. Mudflap mounting tabs
3. Mount for rear aux lights on top
4. Flag / CB antenna mount
5. Mount for an external rack leg (make it easier to work with a tonneau cover)
- I know JCR found a tonneau that works with their rack)
6. Mount for a piece that could come up and protect the taillights a little better

Is there anything out there in the market today? If not, I may have to design up some and find someone to get them made.

Wow that is... an interesting bumper to say the least. Kinda what I was thinking, but only for the 2 slider pieces. Thanks for the info.
