I’m new to the whole keep Game so I’m just trying to figure out which springs go on what side. I seen a few post that has the larger number on the passenger side.

Is there any way to confirm? Some one gave me a set of Rubicon springs and I want to make sure before I go to all the work of replacing. The spring numbers on mine are different from the OP’s numbers.

Absolutely - higher number on the right. That's been verified by many, including myself having swapped springs under my own JT.

Rubicon set I bought has 449 and 450 rears - 450 would go on the right. I put max tow springs under the rear of mine, however, to help with sag under load.
Rubicon front spring pair I bought has 339 and 340. 340 is on the right, that's what's under the front of my truck now.
Rubicon springs may come in a number of combinations based on the options the truck had.

This isn't new or unique to Jeep - AMC had different spring numbers on each side on many models for years.

I am in information overload! I was given a complete Rubicon stock suspension and had NO idea how many options there were on the springs. Thank you for all the info. My kit has the same front springs, 339 and 340. I have a max tow and am just wondering whether to change my front springs or not. I know the rake is important for towing and am not sure how the Rubi springs will work in relation to the stock spring and towing. The rear Rubi springs I have are 450 & 451. I am just confused on the plastic pieces. How do I know which ones are for the front, top, bottom, etc.... or are they the same as what's on my Gladiator now? I'm thinking about just changing the shocks even though I would like the front end to be up a little bit higher. Would I be better off doing a leveling kit or change the front springs?

On my max tow I gained an inch in the front changing the stock 334 and 335 to 340 and 343. I did not change the rear springs.

Did you notice a difference in the ride?
Why would you just use the front rubicon other than higher stance?
I know why you used the rear ;)

Ride is firmer, I did not change the rear springs as I wanted to keep the max tow springs it came with.
