Thanks, but for this usage I am not worried about load as much as charging.
I am glad that both are in parallel so when the jeep is parked the charge controller will keep both topped up.
Now when I install the two Motorola Spectra's that are 110w radios and 100w audio drivers. Thats a 40A load per radio but only one radio will be TX at time. RX is only about 3A per radio so non issue.
I am running a 0gauge welding cable from the main battery to the back of the JT cab to a connection block for the Radios.
The 110ah battery is for the Go Kit radio that will be in the bed with a small DC fridge. And a DC 16in fan I made out of an old AC box fan that has a speed control and two USBC chargers. on a 20' cable for use out side of the jeep under the awning or in the tent.
Or the cable could be used to power the go kit under the tent during Parks on the air activations.
Or Emergency comms.
