No. If you take the liners out you'll be breaking plastic welds and there's no going back.

Find a better paint shop that can mask off the edge, or paint over the black part to color match it all.

So you don’t think there’s anything that will glue or bond the 2 pieces together I had an old fender and it came right apart and it snaps back together because of the tabs on one side I am try something to bond them together before I take the good fenders apart

I think it messes up the inner fender when you rip them apart. Most videos I've watched usually mention that you have to be careful not to damage the outer fender either.

Is there adhesive available that would put the back together? Sure, but I don't think the inners will be in good enough shape to bother.

I'd just mask the inner off.

Probably? I gutted the fenders on my Overland edition so I can clear tires without a lift (35s for sure, maybe 37s). And all the parts were still in usable condition after I pulled them apart and broke the plastic welds. A model/hobby shop that specializes in miniature figures or similar would probably be a good source for the right kinds of plastic adhesive to do the job. But lining everything up would still be a right bitch.

The fenders go right back together and everything lines right up the fenders snap together on one side so that’s no problem just finding the right glue to bond where the plastic welds were I will probably just go with the chop kit American Adventure Labs said they are at least 15 to 20 weeks out on orders because they make the chop kit lights in house and they have that many kits sold so they are that far behind plus another thing if I glue the fenders back together will they stay together over time

I looked at those, but ended up just making my own bracket for the front of the flair, just a piece of 1/8" steel and some 3M super tape bolted to one of the body tabs your old fender flairs bolted to, then I installed some LED pods tied into the wiring harness. <4 hours from start to finish.
