I've had my firecracker sport s with max tow for a month and a half now. I have 1400 miles on it. I've had a few minor issues that I will try to Adress here. Starting at least Concerning, the door handles almost feel loose. When I pull on them, they have vertical slack, I'm not sure if they're ment to. Do yall's do this too? Also, while detailing I noticed the mirrors also seem loose... They don't vibrate or rattle, but when wiping with a rag they sure move a bit. While I'm in the loose topic, the rear flares have wobble to them as well. Coming from a 2015 jk with cheap aftermarket mods that were a little loose, I wouldn't of thought that my brand new mostly stock stuff would feel similar.

Onto the bigger stuff, on three occasions I have been driving, usually coming to a stop and I get a dash light saying to service my ess system with a check engine light. As soon as I turn off the vehicle and start it up, it goes away and ess works again.

Next, this happened for the first time yesterday, I was started driving and within about a minute, the entire radio crashed, some distorted sounds came through the speakers, and the screen went black for about 20 seconds. Then it booted back up and everything worked again.

Do I have a finicky gladiator, or are you guys dealing with this stuff as well?

I have the slack on my handles on my Sport S. It seems to be by design. I noticed it, but dismissed it once I saw it just seems how these handles work.

not seeing any of the rest after 2500 miles so far.

You should make sure all your fuses are pressed in firmly.

I've seen that ESS warning light a couple of times. I believe it has to do with the aux battery draining down after the truck is parked for a while. Then, as you drive it the aux. battery will charge up and the next time you start the truck the light will go away and ESS will be usable again.

When you say mirrors are loose, are you talking about the glass, or the entire housing? The glass will move around. This is normal. The door handles also have a little slack because of their new design. The JK design was much more robust, but FCA claimed that women bitched and griped about not being able to operate those handles, so they switched to these cheap minivan handles for the 2018 JL and now the JT also.

I have seen a thread for a radio issue. Mine also did it once so far. It's in the service dept for several other issues as well. I've been wrenching on cars, trucks, and jeeps for 20 years, so my instinct is to troubleshoot by myself....but I quickly stop myself and just bring it to the service dept. I'm not paying $40k+ and doing the leg work myself. Haha. Good luck with yours.
