Just wanted to share my experience with a small problem I had when my BAK x4s tonneau cover arrived.
As I unrolled it I noticed the left side rear plastic cover piece had a broken tab and wouldn't stay in place.
Called them up and got a customer service rep on the 2nd ring! Explained the issue and was told no problem we'll get you a new one.
Package arrived and when I opened it I found they had sent me both side pieces x2, so 4 replacement pieces!
Awesome customer service, highly recommended BAK.
Love the cover too. LOL.
