Shoutout to great service from Discount Tire

Yet another great experience with Discount Tire. I've used them for years for all my vehicles and the service has been top notch. During the Black Friday event I had picked up a set of 37x12.50x17 Cooper SST Pro's and had them mounted at Discount Tire. From the onset, I had a hard pull to the right with these tires. I'd be in the next lane within a matter of seconds! Swapping tires around didn't seem to make a difference and we ultimately put my original tires/wheels back on and the problem was immediately gone.

They gave me many options to resolve and I ultimately chose to go with a different brand. They swapped the tires out for me without any issue and the new tires (Milestar Patagonia MT's) track straight and true. They made sure all costs for the difference in pricing between tires was returned to me. This was all done in store even though my original tires had been purchased through DiscountTireDirect (there are some internal compatibility things within Discount Tire that makes this process a little more difficult for them).

Very happy yet again with Discount Tire!
