Side mirror defroster not working

2021 jeep gladiator mojave. Driver side exterior mirror defroster not working. Remote for both mirrors also not operating. Have taken to dealer and they replaced drivers mirror and they did work from the remote to move positions. We got ice lastnight and nothing can't change position or defrost. When button on dash is lit nothing defrost. Have checked fuse all good. Any suggestions. Thanks

Sounds like a door pin plug issue. And or bran new out the box broken.

You take the doors of last summer?
