Passenger side climate control not working

I think the tsb update would be my next step. There are all kinds of test for the entire hvac system. I can say that most involve troubleshooting a fault code.

Just an update, I have not had a chance to get the TSB done yet as it is not very convenient for me to get to a dealer. What's odd is that now that it is a bit warmer out the climate control seems to be working correctly. It is not near warm enough to be making a switch over from full heat to full AC but it is also above freezing.
