I've got the N-Fab Predator Pro side steps, which are an aluminum product with black powdercoating. Well, as expected, the finish has chipped away some. I'm inquiring about warranty coverage, but assuming that isn't honored, what is a good paint recommendation for repair? I'd like to paint it and not have to respray every single year if possible.

Looks like that nose piece might be removable. If you can, take it off. You must remove ALL of that corrosion or it WILL return. Sand it, scrape it or wire brush it till all new metal shows. Treat the aluminum with aladine etchant and then a good coat of zinc chromate. That's the only way to make paint stay on aluminum and eliminate the corrosion. I'm speaking from several years as an A&P mechanic.
