+1 on the IAG steps. I recently put them on and they're perfect.

I thought they would be great, but ended up returning them. The step was only 2-3 inches below the door sill and my head was above the cab (I'm 6'3"). I had a difficult time getting into the cab. Wife at first liked them (she is 5'3") but after a few entries, she said these steps don't really offer an easier way of getting onto our Gladiator.

I agree, but the step is not useful at all. I am better off just stepping over the door sill.

I know this is an old post but I had the exact same question so these responses are much appreciated.

I also have a Mojave X and really wanted a side step mainly for my shorter wife and I wanted them to work with the factory sliders.

The IAG steps and Ace steps are exactly what I found also so just trying to see alll options. I like the IAG but wish they were just a little wider and the Ace ones are full length.

Tough choices! Any more ideas or pictures always welcome! Thanks and love the forum.

I I did the rampage steps on the rock rails as we mainly drive in sand. More so helpful for wife. I'm 6'4" and don't use them. Easy step over.. I paid $80 for them about 2 years ago.
