Anyone have any experiences with ATP (American Trial Products) rock rail side steps?

Looking for some side steps and kind of like how these flare out at the end. Was hoping to hear if anyone else had them or seen them.

Hello, I took a shot and ordered a set, even though there is not a lot of info online about them. They look really nice. They seem pretty heavy duty too, thicker plate than I had expected. They mount directly to the RubiRail mounting location, so they may not be suited for the EXTREME OFFROAD Group, but I think they will give me the protection and step that i was looking for.

I did have a small quality issue with my rails, so I emailed them. The owner called me back today, cool guy, he is totally willing to help me get my issue resolved, and is very customer focused! Good Company, good service, nice product.

@OrangeCJ how are these holding up? Would you say they are useful for rock rails, at least as strong as factory rock rails? Curious on these. Thanks!

@JTzntz So I ended up having to re-coat them. Some of the internet pictures show they seem to develop some corrosion around the edges of the step plate. I reached out to the company and after the initial response I have never heard back from them. I even talked with a PPG Powder Coating expert (Neighbor) and sent the details to the ATP guy. I explained the problem that was occurring and some possible fixes, as well as offered to connect him with my Neighbor... That was three months ago, and not even a Thanks for the Info message :)

May have to retract my previous statement about the company in my previous post.

Anyway to your question about quality. They seem to be about the same as RubiRails. I like the step, and think they look great, but I do have some concerns about using them in really rocky situations.

Since I do alot of my own fab work I may look at customizing the mounting to use they actual Body Mount bolts like the RSE sliders use.

One more little point, they use the same size bolts as the RubiRails, but they are pressed in to the rails, not welded. My Father-in-law managed to snap one off during the install, and another one stripped out.... I ended up driving them all out, drilling the holes and tapping them, and replacing with 3/8 ss bolts which were a lot more substantial than the original studs.

I've had horrid customer service from them as well. I ordered one of their bumper hoop bars through Northridge, and after months of delays I think Northridge actually got fed up with ATP's BS responses/delays/lies about current order status that Northridge actually discontinued the hoop bar on their site. I like the look/design of some of their products, but won't ever order anything by them again.
