Can’t take credit for this as I borrowed from another member. I tried a different attachment method though using Quick Fist clamps versus Velcro used by the OP.

I don't want to have to walk through the snow to get to the back of the truck, open the tailgate...... hoping to find a good place in the cab.
That brush looks a lot like mine but mine is parallel to the handle. So it takes up some space.

My truck is backed in my drive so dropping the tailgate and grabbing the brush isn’t really a problem for me. Having the brush in my hand and being able to clear the snow off the doors, roof etc. before opening them and getting my seat covered in snow is just my preference. Coming from a Ram Quad Cab space is at a premium in the JT so the brush on the floor is just one less thing for me to fumble over.

Totally makes sense - totally. I don't have snow on the doors the way I park - that could change if I ever get things rearranged here.
I may have to rethink as it is a pain having the brush inside and moving it around constantly. But how mine is parked now, it's backed under my lean-to and I can't easily get to the tailgate, let alone open it.
On the other hand - your comment made me think - what if I was out somewhere else, and it was out in the open - my WJ isn't pleasant to sit in when I open the door and an inch of snow hits that seat LOL - BRRRRR.
In any case, your method could be used in multiple places, multiple ways.
