Don't forget all those loners that jeep lent the YouTube clan(TFL., and so on) to test drive and gave their opinions, the jeep promo events where you can drive them, the Bill Murray jeep(with gopher hair and who knows what else) and so on. It's been 30 years since jeep produced a truck. I love my gladiator

I average 20+ to and from work on 2 and 4 lane highways.

take a pic when youā€™ve got 300 miles on that tank of gas...

Rubicon vs Sport. I'd guess the biggest differences are 4.10:1 differential in Rubi vs. whatever is in the Sport, and the tires. I think my Rubi with M/T tires does about 18 mpg average and my driving style is rather subdued.
Iā€™ve got the Rubi with 4.10s and 6 sp and I can average low 20s (20.x) on a tank of gas. I donā€™t drive the JT like I drive my Mazda3 but they are different driving experiences. I can get close to 40 mpg with the 3 and spirited driving, but the JT wonā€™t return top mileage driving the same way. A typical tank will be about 20.1 mpg.

That's impressive, and encouraging. I haven't measured the mpg lately but this makes me want to try it on the commute tomorrow and see where it ends up at the end of the day.

MPG ā€¦ I can read a 30 maybe even 49 MPG down hill with a tail wind! My Rubicon was not bought for fuel economy nor a real towing truck Actually 15.2 MPG with the 37" x 12.50 tires 2" Mopar Lift.. however it is both.. I just need the Jerry Can add ons or maybe that it has the truck bed to carry the extra,, lol I Love thee New Jeep Gladiator Rubicon,, Even Better then my new in 1975 CJ-5,, Don't Worry be Happy or sell it..

We were looking at a 2022 Willy's Gladiator diesel. Took it for a spin and really liked it. Nicely optioned with brand new soft top in bed. $54,989 with 19,800 miles. Dealer said his no deal price was very competitive. We passed. Not trading anything.
