So in case anyone with a Soft top wanted a way to store the rear window without having to place it in the bed when driving around.
I bought some waterproof material and had it made into a sleeve to prevent scratches. (Walmart was out of black waterproof fabric)
Then I just store the window in the gap between the cab and bed.
Been driving around like this for months with no issues. (Just kept forgetting to post about it)

Total cost in materials maybe $8.00

Pretty clever :like:

I saw where someone else posted that they store their window in the same spot, but they had nothing to keep it from getting scratched.

That looks like a clean solution. Is it just a friction fit back there? Any chance of it sliding out the side or dropping off somehow?

Window isn't going anywhere.
I've driven with it there for hundreds of miles and at speed (75 mph) doesn't move.

Sweet. I was trying to put it behind the seat in the cab, but wouldn't work with the seat lock notch pieces. This seems solid since it sounds like it can't fall out.

My Gladiator came with elastic band with buttons, I'm sure they all did. I roll it up, slip on the elastic and snap it to the buttons on the underside of the roof.
