See my user name!! LOL!
I'm sure this question has been asked and answered but doggone it I can't find a thread on it.

I'm fixing to upgrade my Overland tires (255/70R18) to 275/70R18. Nothing major, not interested in lifting it or anything. Just a tad bit more lift.

So, here's my question: Will the new spare (275/70R18) fit underneath the bed in the spare tire area?
Any help from y'all is greatly appreciated!

A Fix'n and a y'all in one post. FANTASTIC. I love southerners. Ha.

You will be fine. The spare tire well will take up to a 37 inch tire. So you aren't even close.

Thanks fellas for the replies!
Last question, (maybe) the doggone spare is a 17" wheel, what tire with a 17" wheel is the same as or equal to a 275/70R18? In regards to diameter, circumference, revolutions per mile etc.

I don't want one tire to have more (or less) revolutions per mile, that may hurt the tranny or differential. The revolutions need to be the same. Been driving Jeeps for 40+ years and this is the first time I've encountered a different size wheel for the spare!
