Just for reference, this is from PowerTank who sells the CO2 systems, when using a 10gal tank (OP stated his is 20). I assume they are calculating on the conservative side:

If you add 10 psiIf you add 15 psiIf you add 20 psi
What's your tire size?sec/tire# of tiressec/tire# of tiressec/tire# of tires
33R12.50x1719 sec.3829 sec.2938 sec.19
35R12.50x1720 sec.3230 sec.2440 sec.16
37R12.50x1725 sec.2838 sec.2150 sec.14

Very cool. So I could almost air back up 4 times before refilling. I go down 20+ psi on 37’s from 36-37 down to 15-17, depending on the trail.

I think I broke my spare tire winch, its all bound up, so i'm not even trying to put my new 37 up there.

I figure the bedrack will work

That being said, anyone know how to get the stock winch cable unbound?

It’s happened to me as well. With no tire hanging from it, just give it gentle pressure all the way out, then back in. It’s resolvable. I would like a better winch there though. I looked around briefly to see if there’s a heavy duty one available.

What is the recommended plan for the spare? Are you buying a 5th aftermarket wheel and fitting it?

Are 37’s fitting on the OEM spare?

have 35’s and feeling buyers remorse wishing I got my KO2’s in a 37”
Some 37s will fit in the spare tire location, there is a thread with a list of those someplace…. 37x12.5s will for stock wheels. There are a few running them.
