So I repositioned the Yokohama in 37” by removing the to bolts to the heat shield for flex and I got the new Clayton Off-road rear track bar. Fits up there really well. Track bar is another beefy-ass product from COR. Worth it to me...as the spare was rubbing when the weather got warm.

Just to give more insight. 37x12.5 fits full size fully inflated.

Forgot to add still stock suspension, rear track bar, heat shield in place. I will be adding Clayton lift in the next few weeks.

Hmmm… what I see is, the tire does not fit between the frame rails, so the right side is tucked next to the passenger side frame, but the left side is sitting below it. You can see how it’s cockeyed in the rear view, and hanging down lower on the left. Might not interfere with the track bar, but the departure angle is a bit worse than it could be.

My 37s do the same thing, unless I deflate them considerably. Then I can jam the soft tire fully between the rails with a kick or two. Onboard air takes care of the pressure when it comes time. And after maybe 20k miles of wear on the tread, it ought to sit flush without deflating

Up to the user whether this matters. On difficult trails (especially shelf drops) you’re going to make contact on the tire. A hitch guard will help protect the tire some, at the cost of a little loss of departure angle. Not a bad idea to have a backup plan for stowing the tire in the bed for certain trail days

Good evening Fourfa good catch I was able to crawl under there when you mentioned this is. It is now centered between the rails. See attached pics first one is outside of rails. It now sits in the rails and is hitting on the top against the carrier.

I fit my 37” trail grappler in the spare spot. I have the stock track bar as well and it doesn’t rub the track bar. I have the Epic kraken air compressor system so I deflated the spare to near zero psi and wedged the spare up in between the frame rails. I’im back on my 35s for daily driving but the 37s fit fine if you’re willing to deflate them. I have the Trail grapplers on Method bead grip wheels so I’m not to concerned with braking the bead.

by wedging it in between the frame rails the 37x12.5 is higher than my hitch. I have a hitch slider as well and it hangs down another 1.5(ish) inches below the tire.

Nice! Hopefully it's no big deal most of the time, but do keep an eye on it if you're out in the rocks.

Will do. I liked the idea of Removing it to the bed while wheeling. I opted for the 3.5 Clayton’s springs to help.
