Ok, the title sums it up pretty well but my radio is randomly doing this. Has anyone else experienced this and received a fix? Once it is having a fit, even if I turn the radio of and on it continues. I stopped at a dealership today to make an appointment and the counter person wasn't into the video I had, just make an appointment and we will look at it. The problem is it is intermittent so even with the videos I have of it doing it, what if they don't get it to replicate? I did have the Mopar/Jeep screen protector on but removed it and it was still doing it.
I have already had a radio replaced for the unit and screen freezing. Now between the first visit when they did diagnostics and check for updates, then the second visit when they replaced the radio and now this visit on Friday to have them look at it again... Then I would imagine another appointment to swap out the radio again, when do I say enough is enough on a new vehicle? Love my Gladiator more than most but, getting tired of these quirks. Especially when Jeep radios have been an issue for years now and they still try to integrate everything into the touch screen.
