Square bed on 2022 Overland High Altitude

Anyone else have this problem?
Went today to have MX4 Bakflip cover installed and passenger side rail was hitting closed tailgate. Measured both rails, exactly the same. Measured bed and it was 1/8 shorter on passenger side. Contacted
Bakflip and they are sending shortened rail out next week, nice feeling to remember what customer service is.

Weird. FYI when I installed mine I left some stuff loose on the rails, and tried to get the cover in position so it would open/close, then tightened the bolts.
To make sure it didn’t shift by rolling up the cover, I crawled in the bed under the cover to tighten it. Not sure if that was necessary but mine has stayed aligned well.

Measured bed from where? Do you have spray liner? Pics of measurements? 1/8” off would cause a lot of issues, not just with an aftermarket bedcover.

inside front of bed where rail mounts to tailgate, yes linex spray in, no pictures
measurements done by dealer who sold cover
what are other issues you foresee?

Spray could be uneven. However, bedsides could possibly be out of square.

I would measure corner to corner. Measurements should be the same.

i don't think it is the spray as measurements were taken from mounting holes, if that makes sense
