How does @Hooke Road® sleep at night?

I tried getting someone from Hooke Road to sell me or guide me to where I could find brackets for their bed racks when I went from a JT with no bed rails to one with bed rails. I need to adapt the rack to the JT with rails but their customer service was worthless. I replied several times to their generic messages explaining in detail what I needed and never got a response back. Needless to say, I would not buy anything from this Brand.
