Steer smart issue

I have a 2024 jeep gladiator mojave with a steer smart i just installed and while going over a speed bump my factory track bar hit the the bracket connected to the power steering unit. Has this happened to anyone else .

That is, looking at the SteerSmart site, a common complaint.
I would be contacting them, as they don't mention that "feature".
