So, you know that video posted above…@2:11 the guy shows 3 studs behind the passenger headlight. First stud shows one wire attached, the 3rd shows two taped and piggybacked wires and the middle stud with the non painted nut was his power steering ground he reattached his PS ground too ….well, I had a look at my 21 JTR in the same place and yes there’s the same 3 studs. First one has one wire attached, the 3rd one has two taped and piggybacked wires attached and the middle stud has the nut but no wire attached.

So I’m thinking, because my PS works, the ground is either on the 3rd post as the top piggybacked wire runs along and joins the thick bunch of wrapped wires and heads on down to the pump. The top piggybacked wire comes up top and runs to a high voltage connection at the top corner of the rad, then goes to the rad fan.

Back at the dealer today trying to get this fixed, they can't reproduce it so they don't try anything. It almost caused me to get into a serious accident couple weeks ago. It's at the point I won't let anyone else drive it until its fixed.I. Even told them about the y95 recall on the Wranglers.
