Steering Wheel and Seat Covers

I've always had steering wheel and seat covers on my vehicles, just what I'm use to. This is the first time I've had a vehicle with heated seats and a steering wheel. Any issue with this?

Honestly- couldnt care less, the cold weather package was my concession for my wife to get seat warmers. I just want to make sure the cover isn't going to make my steering wheel like overheat and melt or something dumb like that....
