Has anyone heard how to get the Connect One Package reinstated to be good for 10 years? Stellantis announced last month it we be for 10 years on new and existing used vehicles.

Reconnecting your Jeep Connect ONE package after reinstatement can be done through a couple of avenues;

1. At the dealership: Customers can activate Connected Services (including Connect ONE) at the dealership. This is particularly convenient as it's typically done during the purchase or lease process, and the dealership handles the registration of your personal and vehicle data.
2. Using the Jeep app:
   • Download the official Jeep app to your smartphone.
   • Register for a new account (if you don't have one) using the email provided to the dealer during purchase/lease.
   • Follow the in-app instructions to pair your Jeep with the app (ensuring Bluetooth is on your phone and the Jeep's ignition is in the "Run" position).
   • Grant necessary permissions to the app (location, notifications, Bluetooth).
   • Accept the terms and conditions, create a security PIN, and set up security questions, if prompted (this may happen via an email or SMS invitation).
3. Through your vehicle's Uconnect® infotainment system:
   • You may be able to initiate registration directly through the Uconnect® system by entering your email address.
   • Alternatively, you can press the Assist button on your rearview mirror and speak with a customer care agent who can help with the activation.
