Stock driveshaft on leveling kit

I’m soon going to be upgrading to the metal cloak 2.5inch leveling kit. The rock sport shocks extend past the 28.5 inch limit, which hinders me from using the stock front driveshaft. Was just wondering if I can still drive it on the road with the stock DS until my new DS comes in. I’m almost certain the rule only applies when the front axle flexes past that 28.5inch mark. Suspension geometry is just one of those things I gotta make sure about or else I’ll forget something lol.

Not on the JT but on the JK We run an AEV 2.5" lift with both Stock .. AEV did point out that the front could possibly contact the skid plate; to date this has not been an issue as WE do not go Rock Crawling. Used GC Brackets to maintain proper Caster; have not experienced vibration issues.
IMO Best Info Source would be GET WITH Metal Cloak.
