Stock Rubicon stuck on rocks

Curious if this might be anyone here in the forum and what happened. This was in our local mountains here in SoCal. Was a brand new Rubicon JT that ventured on to a black diamond trail Dec 23. Video is from a local off road recovery company that was called to get the Jeep back on the trail. JT doesn't appear to have any modifications, but hard to tell.

Yeah, I just don't understand why people shoot every video vertical. OK, if you find yourself standing directly in front of Kate Upton and she says, 'Yeah, sure. You can shoot a video of me", vertical makes sense. Otherwise?

Looks to me like he slid backwards and then was too afraid to continue trying to get free for fear of rolling over. Either not enough or too much skinny pedal at the start. Maybe they weren’t locked up either. Hard to tell but I’m betting on inexperience being the main culprit.
