So I finally bit the bullet and I'm getting new rims & tires installed. Keeping my stock wheels.

Any tips on how to clean and store them ?

Anyplace inside (out of the sun and weather) is good. I made the mistake of leaving a stock set outside for a few years while a "made space" in the garage. Sun is one of the worse things for rubber. They may racks to hang on the wall if you don't have floor space.

Much easier to store bare rims than with tires on. That’d be my recommendation. The rims will stack well in a corner but if they still have tires they take up much more space.

If you still have the original tires installed, air them down to about 5PSI. Just enough to keep them seated on the rim.

Put a piece of plywood under the bottom tire. Concrete with degrade the rubber as well.

I wish I had a garage. Looking to place in my den until I make space in the storage unit.

I cut strips of wood to go between the rims to hold them off each other and make them stay stacked easier. Really easy to stack them in a corner under a bench in the garage.

This will preserve the life of the tires ?
Keep tires off concrete, keep them away from sunlight, keep them away from electric panels/welders/etc.
Lime in concrete is hard on things, UV in sunlight is what ruins tires, ozone and electric panels don't do them any good.
I used to have to store a lot of tires on the farm - my tractor duals, tires for my antique tractors and so on. Keep them dry and clean.
