Rockslide Engineering for the win??
I'm surprised no one else has mentioned the Rockslide Engineering step sliders. We have them on both our JLUR and our JTM. On the JLUR I got the optional additional skid plates, and they are super tough. I have used them to pivot off of more times than I can count, and other than the powder coat getting scraped up they are unharmed. For the JTM we did not get the skid plates because it isn't our rock crawler Jeep, and that saved significant weight. The power step drops down a foot from the bottom of the rocker panel, making it super easy to get into our JTM with its Mopar lift and 35s. Even the JLUR with its Metalcloak 4 1/2" lift and 40s can be climbed into without too much effort. And I'm in my mid-60s and need a knee replacement.

They are on my 2022 Gladiator, our 2023 JLU 4xe and will be on my new 2025 Mojave X.
They have survived a whole lot of salt, snow, ice, Iowa winters, and a lot of in and out, up and down. Still work perfectly.
