Sunpie Light Problem

I have a 2021 Rubicon with Sunpie headlights and rock installed with power coming off battery. The problem is both come on randomly. Any ideals what is going on and how to correct it? TIA

Your HEADLIGHTS are wired directly to the battery? That’s odd, to say the least. I’m assuming there is a relay involved here. How is that wired?
