Noobie to the forum. Brand new Gladiator Rubicon ~2500 miles and I’m hearing what sounds like rubber squeaking from under the vehicle when driving in wet/raining conditions. Goes away when conditions are dry. Any clue what it could be? I’ve owned a Wrangler and a Gladiator sport in the past but never experienced this. My first thought was shocks or bushings. Is there a break in period since it is new? Any help would be appreciated.

Probably just moisture in getting up in a bushing (or bushings) somewhere. I've seen sway bar bushings get noisy in odd weather before.

I wonder if you sprayed a water hose all over the area, if it would still squeak ? I'm guessing, its a rubber item bushing/exhaust hanger... something similar that probably RUBs when dry but squeaks when wet. Maybe you could let things dry out and then look for the rubbing ??

@FJT23 I thought I would pass on my findings. I have a Jeep Gladiator Overland and have been dealing with the squeaking sound from day one when it is cold outside or wet conditions. Goes away when dry. I finally found the answer/fix to this last week. Under your Jeep there are are 3 to 4 exhaust grommets at the mounts that hold your exhaust up. I sprayed them down with WD40 Silicone to test my theory. Drove it around the block and let it work itself in for a day. I have now driven 4 days with no squeak in cold and wet conditions. Once I get a nice day here in Ohio, I am going to jack the truck up and put Waterproof Green Grease on the grommets for a more permanent solution. But that is the source of my squeaking. Hope this helps.
