Sway bar not disconnecting.

So ever since i got my jeep the sway bar wont disconnect most of the time. Sometimes it does just fine. And by sometimes i mean hardly ever. And then when it does it will randomly reconnect and then stop working. When i push the button it just says that its connecting then says connected. It mostly never even tries to disconnect. Yes in 4wd, yes trying to rock it, yes under 18mph. Tried in 4h and 4l with offroad plus mode on and off.

Just to update the thread here i took the jeep to the dealer and they are replacing the whole sway bar under warranty. Said it was a bad module.

did this happen again after they replaced it? I had/have the same issue but haven’t gone to dealer yet.
