I am in need of some suggestions. I have a suspension squeek that I can't track down. It is at lower speeds (in town speeds) or at least that's when I can hear it. Definitely suspension as it only happens on rough roads, bumps, etc. I replaced the front sway bar bushings and added a little grease to it as well.

When I disconnect the sway bar links the squeek drastically reduces or even stops. I just drove around the block disconnected so not a lot of time like that.

What else might I check, replace, or look at for how to stop the squeak. It really started with the lift install but everything I I've tested is right and as should be.

I have 37s with a Mopar 2" lift with the Bilstein monotube shocks with remote reservoirs.

Have you done any work with any of the suspension components or sway bar and torqued while the Jeep was still off the ground? I know sometimes squeaks and knocks can come from doing that. Should torque while the Jeep is on the ground and all parts are under some tension.

If it started after a lift install, I would start looking there.
If it doesn't stop if you disconnect the swaybar, it isn't the swaybar. I mean stop. 100%. With the swaybar disconnected if it was the squeak the squeak would completely stop.
There are a number of pivot points in the suspension. When you lift, you generally need to loosen all the suspension pivot points and properly re-tighten them with the vehicle sitting on the suspension (i.e., not on jacks/jackstands). The stock control arms and trackbars use rubber bushings which you want to tighten at ride height. Some aftermarket bushings freely rotate, but any bushings that do not rotate need to be loosened and re-tightened at ride height, with the weight of the vehicle being suspended by the suspension. This would apply to the Mopar 2" lift. It adds lower front control arms that use rubber bushings. Those arms as well as the other six arms you didn't replace and both track bars all need to be properly tightened at ride height.

Aside from that, if all that is properly done, you can try spraying something like WD-40 on one suspension pivot point at a time looking for the one that the squeaking stops.

grease up the exhaust hangers. I used to get bad creaks and squeaks backing out my driveway and slowly over speed bumbs. Silicone lube spray into those rubber hangers fixed it.

Thanks all. I loosened are retorqued the control arms and sway bar with it on the ground. The squeak is still there and i verified it is the front, as I was bouncing it from the bumper and could hear it. I need to get the GF in the garage to try and bounce on the bumper so I can locate it.
